I'm Kevin

In 2018 I let go of my highly successful and established career in the fitness industry because it no longer served me. I was constantly in burnout and dreaded work that used to light me up. So I left, to pursue a life of happiness. I had no idea what I was doing and was riddled with insecurities, constantly comparing, and paralized by fear.

I spent the next 2 years soul searching, hiring coaches, trying anything to get my business off the ground (the one you see today).

The thing was, every bit of advice I received led to more burnout, failed launches, and I got into a lot of debt in the process.

I sank into a depression because all I wanted to do was help people, and it seemed like everything I was trying was getting me further and further from the happiness and success I was after.

The depression got to the point of attempt suicide, and THAT ws the moment I decided that what I was doing wasn’t working, there’s got to be another way. The next day I sat myself down and intuitively took myself through a soul journey process.

The following weeks were filled with so much happiness, miracles, and business success that I knew I was onto something. I invited a few friends over for a day to do the process with them too, and they all had HUGE breakthroughs with lasting change. And, that’s when I realized... people need this.

And the process now known as  P3  was born.
