I used to be super high highs and super low lows. I felt insane and crazy because I knew all of the psychology/mindset stuff, and I knew lots about meditation/spirituality… but it felt like I kept sabotaging progress with ANYTHING in my life.

I would reach a point of complete burnout, then do nothing for a few days and slip into a depression. Then I would kick my own ass out of it and get back “on it” and force myself into feeling good. It worked for a few days, but then the cycle would start over again.

I was addicted to caffeine, my inner critic was loud AF, and I felt like something was wrong with me.

Since learning and implementating the tools and practices in PRESENCE, that crazy cycle has stopped, I’m way more stable emotionally, my business is thriving, my soulmate came into my life, I cut my addictions, and I don’t talk harshly to myself at all anymore and genuinely happy… and I KNOW I won’t sabotage any of it.
